INGREDIENTS

This recipe only requires one ingredient! That’s it! All you need is :

  • Apples

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 110 degrees celcius.

STEP 2

Cut your apples in thin slices. For this step you can use a mandoline slicer or a knife.

STEP 3

Put the apple slices on parchment paper on your oven tray. Put the apples in the oven for an hour and a half or until crisp.

STEP 4

You can turn over your apple slices half way.

STEP 5

Let the apple chips cool on a metal rack.

  • 4 apples (choose the variety you like)

Instructions
