Easy soft Pretzel recipe

Whether enjoyed plain, dipped in mustard, or paired with a variety of savory toppings, soft pretzels offer a satisfying combination of flavors and a satisfyingly doughy bite.

Difference between soft and dry pretzels

You might have heard of soft and dry pretzels. But whats really the difference ?

  • Soft Pretzels : As the name suggests, soft pretzels have a chewy and tender texture. They are characterized by a slightly crisp exterior, achieved through a brief boiling process before baking.
  • Dry Pretzels : Dry pretzels, also known as hard pretzels, have a firm and crunchy texture. They are baked for a longer duration, allowing the dough to dry out completely. The result is a brittle and crisp texture, often accompanied by a satisfying snap when bitten.
