In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients flour and salt.
In another mixing bowl add the warm water (it shouldn't be boiling hot, it should be just a little bit warmer than luke warm), the yeast, the melted butter and the sugar. Mix well and let the yeast activate for approximately 5-10 min.
Mix both mixtures and kneed the dough for about 10 min.
Let the dough rest for about 10 min.
Cut the dough in seven even pieces (about 75g each) and roll the dough out in approximately a roll of 20-30cm, and form your pretzels.
Bring the water and the baking soda to a boil.
Dip each Pretzel in the baking soda bath for about 20-30seconds and take them out carefully (be extra careful not to burn yourself).
Lay parshment paper on your baking tray and spread your Pretzels out evenly.
Sprinkle sea salt on your Pretzels, or any other topping you'd like such as sesame seeds.
Bake your Pretzel at 200 degrees for 15 min or until brown.
