INGREDIENTS
This ingredients required for this recipe are :
- Flour (if possible self raised)
- Nature Yoghurt
- Oil
- Sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cheese (La Vâche qui rit or Kiri)

STEP 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
STEP 2
Add the yoghurt to the flour mixture and knead in a ball. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
STEP 3
Let the dough rest and rise for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
STEP 4
Divide the dough into golf ball size portions. Roll each portion into a circle and place a generous amount of cheese in the center. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese to form a pocket.
STEP 5
Grease a pan with oil and heat to medium temperature. Cook the naans for a few minutes on each side until golden.
Step 6 (optionnal)
You can brush the naans with butter and garlic to add extra flavour.

- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 120 grams Cheese "la Vâche qui rit" or "Kiri" packets
- Oil
