Extra Cheesy Naan Recipe
It is a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for any meal of the day, whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This dish is also great for entertaining guests, as it can be made in advance and served warm or at room temperature.

- 300 grams Flour Self-raising
- 300 grams Yoghurt Plain
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 120 grams Cheese "la VĂ¢che qui rit" or "Kiri" packets
- Oil
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the yoghurt to the flour mixture and kneed in a ball. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into golf ball size portions. Roll each portion into a circle and place a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese to form a pocket.
Grease a pan with oil and heat to medium temperature. Cook the naans for a few minutes on each side until golden. (Optionnal) You can brush the naans with butter and garlic to add extra flavour.
