Energy bites or balls however you want to call them are great snacks on the go and ingredibly delicious.

No bake energy bites recipe
INGREDIENTS
This ingredients required for this recipe are :
- Dates
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Ground almonds
- Flax seeds
- Vanilla extract
- Shredded coconut

STEP 1
Put all ingredients in a mixer and blend well. Add a little water progressively if your blender struggles.
STEP 2
Once you’re happy with the consistency (it should be sticky a bit like cookie dough), then roll in little balls.
STEP 3
Coat the balls in coconut.
STEP 4
Refrigerate the energy bites for an hour and enjoy!
