No bake energy bites recipe

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 175 grams Dates
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100 grams Ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a mixer and blend well. Add a little water progressively if your blender struggles.
  • Once you're happy with the consistency (it should be sticky a bit like cookie dough), then roll in little balls.
  • Coat the balls in coconut.
  • Refrigerate the energy bites for an hour and enjoy!
