Shredded coconut
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a mixer and blend well. Add a little water progressively if your blender struggles.
Once you're happy with the consistency (it should be sticky a bit like cookie dough), then roll in little balls.
Coat the balls in coconut.
Refrigerate the energy bites for an hour and enjoy!
