Summer Cucumber Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS
The ingredients required for this recipe are :
- Cucumbers
- Yoghurt
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thym
- Dill
- Garlic

STEP 1
Start by washing the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds. You can also peel the cucumbers partially or completely depending on your preference.
STEP 2
Mince the garlic thinly, and chop the dill.
STEP 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, minced garlic, the thym, the lemon juice, and dill. Stir well to ensure that the flavors are evenly distributed.
STEP 4
Gently fold the sliced cucumbers into the yogurt mixture until all the cucumber slices are well coated.
STEP 5
Sprinkle the salad with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Keep in mind that cucumbers have a high water content, so a touch more seasoning might be needed to bring out the flavors.
