Banana breap (with chocolate chips)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 115 grams butter unsalted
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 150 grams pecans
  • 75 grams chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
    Take a bread loaf pan that you can either line with parchment paper or grease and flour.
  • Lightly roast the pecans.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix your butter with the granulated sugar until you have a nice paste.
  • Mash your bananas with the butter and the granulated sugar.
  • Add the eggs and mix well.
  • Add in the toasted pecans, the vanilla exact, the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Mix aside in a separate bowl the salt, flour, and baking soda.
  • Combine both mixtures (dry and wet ingredients).
  • Pour your preparation into your bread loaf pan and bake for about 60min or until your toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of your load pan.
  • Let your banana bread cool and enjoy.
