Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Take a bread loaf pan that you can either line with parchment paper or grease and flour. Lightly roast the pecans.
In a mixing bowl, mix your butter with the granulated sugar until you have a nice paste.
Mash your bananas with the butter and the granulated sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add in the toasted pecans, the vanilla exact, the chocolate chips and mix well.
Mix aside in a separate bowl the salt, flour, and baking soda.
Combine both mixtures (dry and wet ingredients).
Pour your preparation into your bread loaf pan and bake for about 60min or until your toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of your load pan.
Let your banana bread cool and enjoy.
