French Apple Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Apples
  • 25 grams Sugar
  • 10 cl Milk (you can use almond milk as well)
  • 50 grams Flour
  • 5 grams Baking Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 20 grams Butter
  • Powdered sugar For decoration purposes

Instructions
 

  • Start by peeling and cutting your apples in thin slices.
  • Butter your cake mold to avoid anything sticking to it.
  • Line the cake mold with all the slices of apples that you previously cut. Make as many apple layers as you can.
  • In a seperate bowl mix the eggs, butter, flower, sugar, milk, and baking powder.
  • Pour the mixture in your cake mold.
  • Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees celcius for 40 min.
  • Once the cake is cooked sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
