Start by peeling and cutting your apples in thin slices.
Butter your cake mold to avoid anything sticking to it.
Line the cake mold with all the slices of apples that you previously cut. Make as many apple layers as you can.
In a seperate bowl mix the eggs, butter, flower, sugar, milk, and baking powder.
Pour the mixture in your cake mold.
Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees celcius for 40 min.
Once the cake is cooked sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
